Your Mission

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you have the opportunity to work in multiple ways:

1. You will design, execute, analyze and optimize experiments for your client(s) focused on B2B, B2C, e-commerce, lead generation, recruitment, or market validation.
   Get ready to design and execute growth tracks for clients:
   1. Flex your creative muscles by building quizzes, simulators, or other out-of-the-box ideas to implement right away.
   2. Experiment with paid advertising on all the channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and more!
   3. Master engaging copies to drive traffic to landing pages.
   4. Perform A/B testing and multi-variate testing on visuals, copy, and angles to find the perfect mix for your target audience.
   5. Optimize your ROI and/or ROAS;
   6. Set up tracking and analytics;
   7. Report, analyze and make data-driven decisions.
2. You will work on a dedicated client project for 6 to 18 months where you will take the lead and have full ownership of your project. Projects can be focused on digital marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing, digital project management, web & content management, e-commerce, CRM management, marketing automation, digital marketing management.
   Get ready to become a temporary part of the team at your client:
   1. Become the Head of Social of a big FMCG brand where you build the social strategy and implement it together with the team and agency.
   2. Manage a team as the Social Media Team Lead for one of our clients in the retail industry.

Hello, is it you we’re looking for?

At Upthrust, we value talented people who make a real impact:

• You have a growth mindset and get sh*t done;
• You have 2-5 years of digital marketing experience (paid acquisition in particular), ideally in a digital agency or a VC-backed startup. Extra points for B2B & B2C SaaS experience;
• You have a strong understanding of the different digital marketing facets and excel in one or two areas.
• You're curious, data-driven, hungry to learn and love to challenge yourself;
• You find a solution to every problem;
• You're an effective communicator;
• You take ownership of your life, your work, your projects, your wins and your failures;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written. Extra points if you speak French, since we have French-speaking clients;
• You are an EU citizen, or you can legally work in Belgium now and in the future without any type of sponsorship;
• You live in Belgium and are flexible to visit our clients depending on the project(s) you’re working on;
• Last but not least, you're fun to work with and you love a good laugh!
